try this for a good B'day yummy, EZ BZ to make too. from sis and her husbot.

Wayne's Carrot Cake


2 Cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
4 eggs
2 cups grated carrots
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/2 cup nuts



Sift together dry ingredients; mix together sugar, oil, and eggs;

add to dry mixture.

Fold in carrots, pineapple, and nuts.

Bake in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.



Cream Cheese Frosting!


1/2 Cup margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered cane sugar
